Nightly Tester Tools is a Firefox Extension.

You can download it from the extension developer’s website.

When upgrading to a newer version of Firefox, you may notice that some of your older extensions are not compatible. To find out which extensions are incompatible, go to the top of your browser and click Tools > Add-Ons.

You incompatible extensions will have a red exclamation point icon:

 

 

Nightly Tester Tools will force these extensions to be compatible with the newest version of Firefox.

After installing Nightly Tester Tools, you’ll notice a “Make Compatible” button located in the Add-Ons Window. Click this button:

 

 

You must restart your browser for the changes to take effect.

After the browser restarts, check the Add-Ons Window again. Your extensions should now be compatible:
