PDF Download is a Firefox Extension.

You can download it from the Firefox Add-Ons site.

This extension gives you a set of choices in handling a PDF file. After clicking on a .pdf hyperlink, a message box will appear. The developer of this extension created tooltips for when you mouse-over the buttons.
