Splash! is a Firefox Extension.

This extension adds a Splash Screen to your Firefox web browser. The Splash Screen appears as your browser loads on startup.

This extension allows you to customize just about everything.

Here is a breakdown of the options window:

 

 

 

 

In the “Text” section, I changed the text that appears on the Splash Screen from “Loading…” to “I Love Firefox!”

So as you can see, you can customize the look and sound of the Splash Screen to your liking.
