It greatly improves the login management in Firefox IMO. Instead of usernames and passwords appearing automatically in forms, you can use this extension to fill in the information with a click of a toolbar button. It also helps against phishing. It's called Secure Login https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/4429 It doesn't fill in forms the way Opera's wand does because the author decided to put that into a separate extension instead.
