Rearrange the Toolbar Icons

By default, your Navigation Toolbar looks like the following:

 

 

But let’s say you want to rearrange the icons. You’d like the Home Page icon moved to the very left of the toolbar:

 

 

In order to do this, you must first go to the top of your browser window and click View > Toolbars > Customize:

 

 

The “Customize Toolbar” window will appear. Even though you will not be using the contents of this window, it must be open for you to rearrange your icons.

Next, put your mouse pointer on the icon that you wish to move. As you get close to the icon, your mouse pointer will change into a hand. This is to symbolize that you will be grabbing an icon and moving it somewhere:

 

 

Left-click on the icon and drag it to its new spot:

 

 

Once the icon is moved, it should look like the following:

 

 

Now you can close the “Customize Toolbar” window by clicking on the “Done” button:
