How to Create a Tab

At the top of your browser, click on File > New Tab.
or,
you can hit Ctrl + T on your keyboard.

A blank tab will be created.
In fact, you will now have 2 tabs in your browser window – the page that you were on when you created the new tab, and the new tab itself:

Type in a new website address. In this example, we’ll type in NFL.com.
Now we have two different websites located in the same browser window: Google.com on the left tab and NFL.com on the right tab:

You can now quickly switch to the page that you want to view, just by clicking on its corresponding tab.
If you’d like to close one of the tabs, just click on the red box marked [x] located on the right side of the each tab.

You can create as many tabs as you want.
